How long does a design take?
Usually less than 10 minutes after payment is confirmed. You can watch the progress live on the order page, and we email you when it is ready with a link you can open from WhatsApp.
Does the Arabic lettering come out right?
Yes. AI only draws the background; we set the text with a real typesetting engine that joins the letters and handles the writing direction, in Arabic typefaces such as Ruqʿah, Naskh and Kufic.
Do you write the verse or prayer exactly as I typed it?
Letter for letter, with the same diacritics. The text never passes through the AI, so please check it before sending.
What does the price include?
3 options to choose from, two free revisions, and the final files in every size you picked, plus a print-ready PDF with trim margins. Prices include VAT.
What if I don’t like any of the options?
Use your two free revisions, or order a “Hand-made design by a designer” and one of our designers will work on it and stay in touch with you.
Can I add a company logo or a photo of a celebrity?
Your own logo, yes — upload it with your order. We do not design with other organisations’ logos or with images of celebrities or real people.
How do I pay?
In Saudi Arabia by bank transfer, and in Egypt by bank transfer, InstaPay or Vodafone Cash — upload the receipt and we start designing as soon as it is confirmed. Or use your plan balance and wallet. Online card payment is coming soon.
I have a shop and need lots of posts
The shop plan gives you 30 designs every month for EGP 1,490 — use them for offers, stories and posts.
